Super fast response on a Saturday. I was treated very well by the dispatch and the driver. The driver (Andrew) absolutely took care of me.

This is a top-notch business. The driver was on time, the dispatcher was extremely helpful, and they were all very professional. I highly recommend these folks.

Quick to act even with initial dispatch blowing a tire en route. Great service and communication down the line from Joe my initial chauffeur blowing a tire en route to the nice lady answering the 4:30 AM call (Apologies for not remembering your name) to Andy's rapid arrival after receiving the emergency emergency call. Thank you all for shining light on an unfortunate situation.

I called custom towing at midnight when my trailer flipped in the wind driving down the interstate. They were quick to pick it up, repaired the damage the next morning, and got me back on the road quickly and at a great price. Great people behind this buisness! Highly recommend!!
